Order Process

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 days (excluding public holidays and weekends) from the date of purchase.

During peak seasons and promotional events, please allow additional time due to high volumes. Items that are pre-ordered are processed within 1-3 business days of their arrival in stock.

Orders that are successfully placed will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

Please double-check that you have entered the correct address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to address errors that you provide. We will refund the original order if an order is returned due to an incorrect address.

Is it free shipping?

We offer free shipping on all purchases over $100.
For orders under $100 there is a standard shipping cost of $9.99.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We estimate 2-5 days to receive your order once shipped, however times may vary especially during peak seasons.

How will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped through AUSPost generally, however we may use other Courier services where needed.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can follow your parcel's progress anytime.

My order has already been shipped but I need to update the address. What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your address. Keep in mind that a rerouting fee may be charged by the courier to change your address.

We will also be unable to change your address if the item has already been shipped. NUYU will not be responsible for any additional charges or shipping costs due to this error.
