Who can take Creatine 'Persona'?

We recommend adults over 18, however as with any supplement, pregnant or nursing mothers, children under the age of 18, and individuals with known medical conditions should always consult a GP/Physician before use.

Will creatine make me bloated?

How many gummies should I take per day?
