Our 30-day guarantee applies to one unit per customer, per household.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of the delivery date, you may request a refund for one unit of Persona at the original purchase price.
The following conditions apply:
- The guarantee covers one unit only, regardless of the quantity purchased
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
- You must have purchased directly from www.nuyusupplements.com
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval
- The guarantee is available to first-time customers only and cannot be used more than once per customer
- Bulk or multi-unit purchases are not covered beyond the single unit refund
- We reserve the right to decline refund requests that show signs of abuse or repeat claiming

What we do not cover
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
