Who is NUYU for?

Are your gummies tested?

Yes, every batch of NUYU is tested twice: by the manufacturer for all three active ingredients, and independently by Eurofins (one of the world’s leading testing laboratories) for creatine content.

Do I need to take it every day?

Creatine builds up in your muscles over time with daily use, so take your 3 gummies every day, including rest days. There’s no need to “load” and no need to time it around a workout.

Is it suitable for everyone?

Is 3g of creatine enough?

Yes. 3g a day is a well researched and adequate daily amount of creatine for adults, and it’s what’s in every serve of NUYU. Some people choose more. If you’re unsure what’s right for you, check with your health professional.

Why Taurine & Glutamine?

Taurine and L-glutamine are amino acids your body makes naturally, and they’re also found in foods like meat, fish and dairy. We’ve added them to complement creatine, so you get all three in one easy daily serve: 3g creatine, 500mg L-glutamine and 250mg taurine.

Will they make me bloated like other Supplements?

No, our formula is specifically put together to ensure there is no bloat and gentle on the stomach. Our gummies are sugar-free, gluten-free and vegan-friendly, and you can take your 3 gummies together or spread them across the day, whatever feels best for you.

Do I need to work out for this to be effective?

Where do you ship?

Currently we ship Australia Wide.
Whilst overseas shipping is not immediately available, we will be offering this service in due course. If you are overseas and would like to purchase from us, feel free to send a message through our Contact Us page and we'll see what we can do for you.

Order processing times?

Orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding public holidays and weekends) from the date of purchase.

During peak seasons and promotional events, please allow additional time due to high volumes.

How long will my order take to arrive?

As you can appreciate, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the courier or postal services as this is outside our control. Proof of dispatch and tracking will always be provided.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.

What is your returns/refund policy?

We stand behind every NUYU product, but if something isn’t right, we’ll do everything we can to make it right for you.

Our policy sits alongside your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986, which give you additional rights that we cannot limit.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, or if we sent you the wrong product, we will issue a full refund of the faulty/incorrect item or send a replacement item. There will be no cost to you for our mistakes.

Undamaged items - These can be returned in their original packaging unopened for a full refund. Shipping cost is at the expense of the customer.

Please email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue to support@nuyusupplements.com to confirm any returns or refunds before they can be processed.

The following conditions apply:

The First 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee covers one unit only, regardless of the quantity purchased
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
You must have purchased directly from www.nuyusupplements.com
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval
The First 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is available to first-time customers only and cannot be used more than once per customer
Bulk or multi-unit purchases are not covered beyond the single unit refund
We reserve the right to decline refund requests that show signs of abuse or repeat claiming.

What we do not cover

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

change of mind unless you return the order undamaged, unused and unopened
products that have been used beyond the conditions above

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund regardless of the conditions above.

How do I start a return?

Please email us at support@nuyusupplements.com before sending anything back to us.
We’ll provide the correct return address along with simple return instructions.

Unapproved returns cannot be accepted, so be sure to contact us first.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.

When will I receive my refund?

We’ll notify you as soon as we’ve received and inspected your return. If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we’ll also refund your shipping costs. Please make sure to include proof of your shipping expense so we can process this correctly.

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1-3 business days after approval. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
