Orders are typically processed within 24hours (excluding public holidays and weekends) from the date of purchase.

During peak seasons and promotional events, please allow additional time due to high volumes.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.

We stand behind every NUYU product, but if something isn’t right, we’ll do everything we can to make it right for you.

Our policy sits alongside your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986, which give you additional rights that we cannot limit.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, or if we sent you the wrong product, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no cost to you.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

change of mind unless you return the unused and unopened product
products that have been used beyond the conditions above

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund regardless of the conditions above.

How do I start a return?

Please email us at support@nuyusupplements.com before sending anything back to us.
We’ll provide the correct return address along with simple return instructions.

Unapproved returns cannot be accepted, so be sure to contact us first.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.

When will I receive my refund?

We’ll notify you as soon as we’ve received and inspected your return. If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we’ll also refund your shipping costs. Please make sure to include proof of your shipping expense so we can process this correctly.

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1-3 business days after approval. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
