Who can take NUYU Creatine 'Persona'?

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 days (excluding public holidays and weekends) from the date of purchase.

During peak seasons and promotional events, please allow additional time due to high volumes.

What is your returns/refund policy?

We stand behind every NUYU product, but if something isn’t right, we’ll do everything we can to make it right for you.

We offer a 30-day Money-Back Guarantee for your peace of mind.

We can also exchange the item if you prefer. Just let us know when you contact us.

How do I start a return?

Please email us at support@nuyusupplements.com before sending anything back to us.
We’ll provide the correct return address along with simple return instructions.

Unapproved returns cannot be accepted, so be sure to contact us first.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.

When will I receive my refund?

We’ll notify you as soon as we’ve received and inspected your return. If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we’ll also refund your shipping costs. Please make sure to include proof of your shipping expense so we can process this correctly.

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
